Nettle side effects

Precautions:

For the herb, no side effects have been noted. For root preparations, a sensitive person might experience mild gastric upset or a skin reaction. Urtication is not recommended, but if you try it, remember to put on a glove before picking up the hairy plant. Depending on how hard you swat yourself, the stinging can be painful and irritating for at least several minutes. Some people may even wind up getting black-and-blue marks.
