Cranberry supplements Dosage Options:

Two or three 505-milligram capsules of cranberry juice concentrate daily with a meal or 1 tablespoon of the dried fruit in a cup of hot water. To prevent urinary problems, drink at least 3 ounces of 100 percent cranberry juice (see "Precautions") every day. To treat urinary problems, drink 12 to 32 ounces of cranberry juice.
