None reported. If you drink a ridiculous amount—say 3 to 4 quarts of cranberry juice a day—you might get diarrhea or notice some other gastrointestinal upset. Perhaps the biggest precaution is a manufacturing-related one: Look for 100 percent cranberry juice. Avoid the "cocktails" that are diluted and adulterated with sugar or corn syrup.
