Natural sources of fluoride include tea, meat, fish, cereals and fruit. The fluoride content of food depends on the fluoride content of the soil in which the food is grown.
Drinking water contains appreciable amounts of fluoride. Some fluoride is absorbed from toothpaste and other oral solutions.
