Parsley side effects

As a food, parsley rarely, if ever, poses a problem. Some herbal analysts caution against ingesting extracts and other concentrated forms if you have kidney inflammation or are pregnant. People with particularly sensitive skin could become more sensitive to sunlight. The herb also may increase the action of prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). The myristicin in parsley can, in a sufficiently high concentration that you're unlikely to ingest, impair hearing, slow the pulse rate, lower blood pressure, damage the liver, and cause other reactions.
