Cola tree extract, benefits, health, effects, plant, supplements, side effects cola

What cola tree Is:

When the soft drink industry was in its infancy, Coca-Cola contained a large amount of this tree's nuts (not to mention coca leaf and cocaine). Today soft drinks contain little, if any, true cola. But people in West Africa, where the tree is native, still enjoy the real thing, as do those in Indonesia, Brazil, and the other tropical lands in which more than 100 different species grow. The cola tree features long, leathery leaves and small yellow flowers from which brown pods grow. The cola nuts (which actually are seeds) are nestled inside the pods.
